Corporate Event Services

KB Events offer affordable event planning packages. We don't receive any commission, there are no hidden costs and instalment options are available. Prices quoted are for planning fees only and do not include supplier fees however, we use our expertise in the industry to negotiate with suppliers to get you the best price possible.

All of our packages include full planning. Following your initial consultation, should you wish to proceed we will put together a personalised proposal document. If applicable this will include a Mood Board to present and help you visualise the ideas, an itemised cost breakdown suited to your budget and for large scale events the packages includes a production timeline and an event timeline which will provide a clear plan of how the day will proceed. Our packages include finding suppliers, gathering quotations and handling bookings. A dedicated events manager will attend the event on the day to set up, run and clear away after.

Should our packages not meet your requirements we can create and provide a quotation for a bespoke package just for you. All of this can be discussed in a FREE CONSULTATION.
