Party Planning Services

KB Events offer affordable party planning packages. We offer fixed fee packages so you are able to budget for a Party Planner from the very beginning. We don't receive any commission, there are no hidden costs and instalment options are available. Prices quoted are for planning fees only and do not include supplier fees however, we use our expertise in the industry to negotiate with suppliers to get you the best price possible.

All of our packages include full planning and styling. Following your initial consultation, should you wish to proceed we will put together a personalised proposal document. This will include a Mood Board to present and help you visualise the ideas and an itemised cost breakdown suited to your budget. Our packages include finding suppliers, gathering quotations and handling bookings. A dedicated events manager will attend the party on the day to set up, run and clear away after. All package prices are based on a maximum of 100 guests. Above 100 guests will be quoted on an individual basis.

Should our packages not meet your requirements we can create and provide a quotation for a bespoke package just for you. All of this can be discussed in a FREE CONSULTATION.
