Stage 1 - Verbal Consultation

 

An honest and professional appraisal of each room with an unbiased verbal action plan in just a few hours.

 

Includes travel costs within a 30 mile radius of Gravesend, Kent. 

 

Design Fees:

 

1 – 2 bedroom property          £70

3 – 4 bedroom property          £120

5+ bedroom property              £170

Stage 2 – Written Property Presentation Report

 

We will provide a written and illustrated report diagnosing problems and providing an action plan. Each room is analysed and advice provided on how to improve the space using existing furniture or purchases suggested with anticipated costs.

 

Includes travel costs within a 30 mile radius of Gravesend, Kent

 

Design Fees:

 

1 – 2 bedroom property          £350

3 – 4 bedroom property          £460

5+ bedroom property              £540

Stage 3 – Make over and project management

 

If you do not have the time to implement the changes we can help. We offer one day makeovers to full project management.

 

Services can include

 

  • Decluttering and creating storage solutions

  • Repositioning furniture and styling each room

  • Sourcing tradesmen

  • Comparing quotations and making recommendations

  • Overseeing the work and schedule

  • Purchasing or hiring furniture

  • Purchasing agreed items

  • Viewing tips on how to ‘sell’ the positive aspects of your home.

 

One day makeover prices start from £150, project management charged at hourly rate of £40
